In 2023, Steppes Travel established the Steppes Fund for Female Guides, offering bursaries to women seeking formal training in tourism.

The fund supports women to build skills, confidence and lasting careers, strengthening communities and contributing to a more inclusive and sustainable travel industry. We are looking for new candidates and would love to hear from you, should you have anyone in mind.
