Kuyana Amazon Lodge continues strengthening its regenerative operating model in Ecuador’s Amazon for 2026.

This year we are scaling local sourcing through expanded mushroom agroforestry production, strengthening our native stingless bee conservation work, and consolidating our natural mountain spring water system that supplies the entire lodge.

All guest programmes conclude with tree planting within our 40-hectare reserve, directly contributing to restoration efforts.

With 13 rooms and personalised operations, Kuyana demonstrates that small-scale hospitality can deliver measurable environmental value while maintaining high service standards.
