Inspired by Andean cosmology, the hotel blends bold design, contemporary art and cutting-edge technology across 243 rooms and 11 flexible event spaces accommodating up to 400 guests. Its signature restaurant, Zönico, showcases ingredients sourced from the eight countries along the Amazon River, celebrating Latin America’s rich culinary diversity. The opening marks a milestone for Minor Hotels Europe & Americas, a global owner and operator with 640 hotels and pipeline projects across 59 countries.
